COVID-19 UPDATE

Our best wishes go out to those directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and those on the front lines keeping the essential functions of our society moving. We know this is a huge burden to ask of you, and we are very grateful. 

 

This is an unprecedented time in our lifetimes, and navigating this situation will take strength, courage, and community. We are here to do our part. The safety of our guests, staff, and community is our top priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to share updates with all of you through this page, email, and text.

CURRENT POLICIES & PROCEDURES

The guidelines from DORA, the CDC, and the WHO are changing rapidly as we learn more about this pandemic and how best to keep everyone safe. Below are the procedures for our staff and guests that we're required to follow as a business. Additionally, we've updated our cancelation policy during this time. Please let us know if you have any questions while booking your appointment.

Guidelines for Staff

We are committed to following these guidelines for your safety, our safety, and the safety of our community.

  • One Client per stylist

  • Hand sanitizer at every station

  • Two hand-washing stations 

  • We won't be providing cups for water or mugs for coffee. However, we will have a coffee and water station for clients who bring their own drinking cups.

  • All staff WILL be wearing masks. Gloves will be worn as much as possible.

  • Sanitation procedures between every client include a new cape every client (washed & sanitized daily) and sanitizing chairs/handles/stations after every client.

Guidelines for Guests

Please follow these guidelines precisely.  Failure to do so will result in an appointment cancellation, and your card will be charged for the intended services.

  • Clients MUST wear masks at all times. If a client does not have a mask, we cannot provide service. We are requesting clients to wear gloves as well.

  • Masks must wrap around ears.  Bandanas or scarfs are not acceptable. 

  • Every client that books an appointment at Monet's will be required to keep a card on file. 

  • Since we can only have ONE client per staff member, clients must leave kids, spouses, dogs, etc. at home. 

  • There will be no waiting room. We are asking clients to wait in their car until we call/ text you to come in. 

  • If you are sick, PLEASE stay home. We will have the right to refuse service to anyone who is ill.

Cancellation Policy

In an attempt to be fair to all guests, during this time, we are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.

If you have any questions, please ask.

Due to the COVID-19 guidelines, our time has become extremely scarce. Consequently, we will require a card to hold all appointments. If a client chooses not to show up for their appointment or shows up without a mask, we will charge the full-service price for the appointment.

We ask for your patients through this time of change with COVID-19. Please know we are working as hard as we can to accommodate all schedules with the new rules put into place.
